"الفندق ممتاز ويوجد مول وسوبرماركت في الفندق"

"Ciao, I and my 2 daughters enjoyed our stay. The pool was a lit cold. Ramesh in reception was a great man and while dinner I have met very nice and funny staff who made my stay more brighter. Breakfast was good. Bar was nice. What I could only wish is, I was by flight and it would be more fantastic for the guest if hotel have had their own service transportation to the airport. They of course organized a transportation from outside. Even it’s stressfree if hotels has own service. Thank you...

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"ممتاز الفندق وانصح به بشده"

"كانت اقامة رائعة ، موقع الفندق ممتاز بالقرب من البحيرة و المحلات التجارية و المطاعم "

The only comment is amenities were sparse (no pool, no hot tub, sad gym); not what you would expect at a beautiful hotel with restaurant, bar, and perfect location. Otherwise great stay!"

"Très bien ."

"La habitación estaba limpia"

"All good apart from the breakfast which could do with more variety. Very helpful staff."

It was ok, but since it was our 20 th anniversary, we asked about upgrading the room. The Junior Suite was available. They handle our room switch while we were away, moved our luggage and the Suite was amazing. We literally didn't want to leave the room. It had a huge balcony with stunning views of Bellagio and the lake, wonderful...
