"Great stay in this perfectly located hotel in Puerta de Toledo. It’s literally a 15 minute walk to the Palacio Real and most major spots to sightsee in the old town. Metro station is across the street, and bus stops as well. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and comfy, hotel staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Spanish Capital"

"The hotel was located minutes from the Main train station in Madrid. We arrived at the station and went walking to the hotel in only 10 minutes. We arrived early before check in time and wait about 30 minutes until they assigned the room. Everything was very great and they even sent us a bottle of cava as a complementary...Excellent!"

The only bad thing is that you could hear even the TV on the neighbour's rooms and the receptionists should have be more kind with the exception of the guy from the night shift, he was kind and friendly..
