"Incredibly clean, cute room and bathroom. Very courteous staff. Very convenient location and it is at walking distance to Atocha. The elevator was not working, so hauling luggage up two flights was not fun. Other than that it was an exceptional experience."

"The apartment is well located close to city center and Atocha. All windows face a wall. There's a lot of noise coming from a restaurant below. The bunkbed feels like a hostel with a very thin mattress and low comfort. Walls are dirty. Some parts of the flat and furniture need repairing or are in a bad state.
