"I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. Location is great but that is nit the reason: it is their staff. Most of them have been there for years and I have never ever seen such a fantastic team. I know Madrid really well and would never ever Conceive staying at another place. Highly, highly recommend!!!"

"Great stay in this perfectly located hotel in Puerta de Toledo. It’s literally a 15 minute walk to the Palacio Real and most major spots to sightsee in the old town. Metro station is across the street, and bus stops as well. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and comfy, hotel staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Spanish Capital"

"The hotel was located minutes from the Main train station in Madrid. We arrived at the station and went walking to the hotel in only 10 minutes. We arrived early before check in time and wait about 30 minutes until they assigned the room. Everything was very great and they even sent us a bottle of cava as a complementary...Excellent!"
