"We only stayed there because the Mirage was now shut down & we knew they just renovated the pool & had a similar waterfall to the Mirage. 1. Not sure why they thought barn doors on bathroom were a great idea to begin with, then throw in the fact that they didn't even close, & it took 4 attempts in 24 hrs to get it fixed. 2. elevator is a nightmare. we went up past our floor because we couldn't get the key to work. 3. The pool opens at 9. But even though there was a line, they didn't even start...

"Beautiful property with good on site dining choices. Staff helpful and welcoming, providing more towels as needed. Wonderful pool with excellent amenities for concession and cabanas. Two lifeguards at the pool assured safety for children, but pool needed better cleaning of leaves and debris. Overall excellent retreat and vacation with easy access to surrounding state and national parks and less focus on the Vegas strip. Definitely will stay there on next Nevada visit!"
