"The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options! "

"Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe. "

"We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. "Loved our stay here. Long way from hotel facilities and no pool access. We had children with us. Our apartment needed more cutlery and glasses. I often expect when booking through a hotel and upgrading the room that you still get to access hotel facilities and have basics in room like tea and coffee. Amazing views, clean and comfortable.
