Its location is very central and practical, especially if you have excursions booked, as tour pickups are made directly from the hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet is included and offers a wide variety of options, making it a great start to the day before Arctic activities. A reliable, well-run hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Hotel is in a perfect location for pick-up to local attractions. Visitor center a 5 min walk, shopping mall across the street. Very modern, spotless rooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, they offer luggage storage in a locked room. Breakfast has a huge, quality selection and fully worth the 21EUR. Ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Definitely would stay here again.

Easy to get to from the airport. Clean and quiet. Restaurant meals were good. Breakfast good, but kept running out of options, which weren't replaced. A lot of what was supposed to be hot was cold. Shower was cold with no hot water on our first full day. Reported it but was just told they had been having problems! Overall we enjoyed our stay.
