I found a room at this place online and showed up last minute, with no luggage or chargers, and they could not have been more accommodating or done more to help me. "This is the second time weve stayed at this hotel. This time was because we were in a marcha for san joaninas and we needed a place to stay for a night. Although we absolutely love this hotel, it was a bit of a walk for us especially after marching down a rua da se. Definitely recommended this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. "
