"Sadly, due to it being a rainy evening, we missed seeing the much-touted rooftop bar—they closed early, about 10 minutes before we got back from the Judy Collins show! But Matt took good care of us at the lobby bar—where he had to inform me that we weren’t going to be revolving since that feature needs repair. All in all, though, we had a lovely stay. Fully enjoyed the Urban Hot Springs before our delicious meal at Chez Ami! Service there was top notch. "

She even took us outside to give us directions to show us where we needed to go. We also appreciated the friendly service provided during breakfast by Heather. She kept the breakfast food amply supplied and clean."
