"Pods are clean, comfortable with good air flow and temperature control. Staff are helpful. Loved the availability of the towels and slippers in the pods. Hooks in toilet stalls would be appreciated.
Fire alarm going off at 3am due to someone vaping (not allowed) was extremely annoying. We all had to exit the building for a short period while staff investigated. Thankfully, I don’t think this happens often. The guests all seemed to be very respectful but apparently there was one rule breaker. Not the property’s fault.
Don’t expect requests to be looked at when you reserve online but staff are very helpful to accommodate if they can, upon arrival. If you need an extra pillow, just ask."
