"When we checked in we had the pleasure of the Reception Manager, handling our room assignment, we requested a higher floor and better view than our original room and without hesitation we were moved to the 15 th floor with a million dollar view which was perfect as we were staying 10 days in London. The staff was completely helpful in every way , as I asked for some shipping supplies specifically some boxes and bubble wrap, which was taken care of with a smile . The nicest stay in Europe I have ever had ! "

"Absolutely wonderful hotel, booked at last minute in light of a really bad experience at the hotel we originally booked, Dante and minola on reception were amazing when we checked in and all the other staff were friendly at all times we saw them.
