"The hotel itself is modern, clean which has comfy beds and facilities. Staff had been helpful however I think it would be helpful if they send extra staff at the reception counter when there are a big crowd checking in which was dragged for quite long. It terms of the location, it is a bit far from downtown Paris, which can take 30+ minutes to go by train and buses. There is a bit of walk from one of the train stations"

"Location was excellent. Enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower at night. Rooms were comfy for a family of 4 (kids 9 and 15). Elevators were an issue at time of stay (April 2025), there was only one running which created a long wait. "
