"Front desk staff was helpful and efficient. Arranged transportation to the airport for us even though we left at 4 am. Great location close to public transportation, many restaurants and very walkable. There are no facilities other than an ok breakfast (for an extra charge). Room was clean. "

"I stayed in the apartment with the street view and it was excellent. Beautiful view of O street. There was a balcony too which I would have used quite a bit had my trip not taken place in winter. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and modern. My only (minor) quibble is that I would have preferred to have a TV in the bedroom as opposed to the living room as I need to have something playing in the background while I sleep. "

"Excellent service. We had to change rooms after first night because of air conditioning issue but they were very helpful and accommodating. Room was comfortable but the towels were awful. Breakfast buffet is amazing. "
