"Staff at the greeting desk and the breakfast are were very friendly and professional. It was on the major street with a few minutes walk to the subway which makes it very convenient to go around the city, and also walkable to Hero Square. We had a room facing the interior (the balcony/hallway); the balcony was not accessible which has made me feel safe. It is very quiet which is very important to me as I am a light sleeper. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety/choices, and a little bit of change every day. The hotel looks exactly like the photos on the website/on Expedia."

"There was sever lack of clear instructions regarding facilities provided, breakfast was okay, free dinner with beer purchase is good but not properly organized. Stay was decent for the price, reasonably clean room and bathrooms."
