"Our trip got off to a bad start firstly we had to delay our trip by a day which took us out of the cancellation period. Secondly on arrival there was nobody at the hotel and our room was not ready. "This is a seriously big hotel, which is not quite that visible from the pictures. This means there is a lot of walking from lift to room/ lift to exit etc involved, which was not great for my 80 year old Mum. Also, there is no designated drop off area.
