Loved this hotel! Breakfast in the morning was so good! We stayed in a villa and the walk to the hotel is easy. Beautiful pool for the villas.

Lovely resort , small and off beaten track but lots of dining and shopping options and water sports on beach etc. Hotel facilities amazing when we wanted to use them, with private pool area exclusively for beach houses with awesome views. accommodation was excellent, great family holiday all around.

The beach house was perfectly located, literally over the road from the beach. It was very spacious and cleaned every other day. An abundance of white towels!

This hotel is a true gem of western Mallorca. It's hard to beat the view from the hotel lobby on a bay and the Dragonera island. Super nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with private pool for Villa guests. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in a hotel restaurant as well as dinners with live music in the hotel lobby. There are plenty of restaurants around; however, the hotel restaurant offers better value. Walking around the island you'll meet a bunch of wild goats 🐐 lol. Good thing the villa came with a garage because parking is an issue if you arrive on a weekend. Thank you for hosting us.

I had no electricity or water in my beach house the entire first night and most of my second day there. We were not able to shower or flush toilets. It was reported multiple times. Staff was sent to fix it. They were able to temporarily fix the problem. However, everytime I turned on the lights, air conditioning and or washer the circuit would blow. I had to reset the system myself multiple times and it would not stay on for more then 20-30 minutes. We would leave for the beach or dinner and return to a hot apartment because the AC would not stay on. When checking out I asked to be compensated and was told the manager is not in work yet. Desk staff attempted to discard my bar bill (which was only $63) as compensation. Funny thing about that is, I had no bar bill. They attempted to double charge me for something I already paid on my credit card. Fortunately I saved my receipts. At this point I had to leave for the airport. I was assured I would be emailed and the matter would be addressed and I would be compensated as most of my stay I was without power and running back and forth trying to address the issue. I checked out on August 10, and I have yet to be contacted at all. Location in St Elm was beautiful. Hotel was an extreme let down

Grundausstattung ist in den Villen wenig bis gar nicht gegeben. Öl, Zucker, Salz, Mehl usw. nicht gegeben. Aber ansonsten war alles top
