"This is a seriously big hotel, which is not quite that visible from the pictures. This means there is a lot of walking from lift to room/ lift to exit etc involved, which was not great for my 80 year old Mum. Also, there is no designated drop off area. So if you arrive by car, you need to either park illegally or walk a long way to the hotel, and only once you are checked in will they make parking available to you, and that is a couple of minutes away. The hotel is otherwise clean and the food...

"Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel! "
