"It’s a nice hotel - comfortable bed, the staff are lovely and the food is great. The views are lovely. The shower drove me insane. It was impossible to shower without completely saturating the entire bathroom then having to use my towels to dry it once I was done."

Nice hotel but is that enough?
"The check in process was tedious, the machine did not work. After trying almost an hour I tried calling hotels.com which did not recognized the itenary number. So I was stuck with not being able to talk to an operator or person. Anyhow, alnost after 2 hours we Finally received help and got the rooms. ..."
