"This was our fourth visit to this hotel, as usual it met our expectations however unfortunately we encountered discriminatory and disconcerting behaviour of the front desk staff. This has never happened previously on any of our visits, seem these staff were a new batch who seemed more interested in themselves and IC1 customers.
