"The room was nice, clean and quiet. The large cabinet to hold enough clothes, iron and iron stand were provided. A nice desk was placed right beside TV. You can focus while you are at the desk. Bed was comfortable. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day at the breakfast room. Breakfast provided nice sets of hot and cold plates with variety of drink options. It was great place to stay for the rest. Thank you."

"45+ minutes to check in. This is unacceptable. Room was good, clean and nice but it was hard to overcome such a terrible experience with arriving and having to wait after a long day of travel. If I had to wait due to demand, I could accept that. I had to wait due to improper staffing with only 3 total people checking in for the entire resort at check-in time at 4pm. "
