"Stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Niagara Falls, NY. While the location was convenient and the room was clean, a few things made the experience less than ideal. First, the Starbucks inside the hotel closes way too early — not ideal if you’re arriving late or want an evening coffee. Most of the nearby restaurants also shut down early, leaving very limited food options after 8 or 9 PM. Also surprising — no coffee machines or refreshments available in the lobby, which is usually a basic amenity in most hotels at this level. It felt inconvenient, especially for early risers or late check-ins."

"The front desk manager and staff were friendly, helpful, and answered many questions. The cleaning staff were very helpful too. The bedding and bathroom linens were fresh, clean, and fluffy. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The living area, sofa, recliner, bar stools, and computer swivel chair were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and a generous size, I could accomplish a lot, and my stay was relaxing and productive. "

"My steak was very good except one complaint all the bathrooms are too small and you have to be careful stepping out of that shower easy place for a lawsuit"
