Shower bracket was cracked and cable tied together/to the wall, pointing straight out, so had to push myself against the wall on the other side of the cubicle for it to reach my head, or had to remove the head from the wall - not the end of the world but the price really didn’t justify not being able to shower with two hands 😅 It was largely clean where it mattered but the carpet was stained and...

"Lovely property with great rooms. The bar and restaurant are excellent as well. Good location and good parking facility Hope to be back!"

"Almost everything was great. The room was spacious and decorated well. The communal areas were lovely, as was the food. There is a bit of maintenance needed in the pool/steam room & sauna area and it’s cold in the corridor to the steam room and sauna. It’s a shame that the jacuzzi has been filled in."

"The Team made our stay that much better; lovely hotel, highly recommend"

"Nice overnight stay, close to the airport and clean Good food is available at the bar and restaurant.Seamless check in."

"Would appreciate a water bottle in the room"

"Excellent experience…. Extremely helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good dining choices..would highly recommend and would definitely stay at Premier Inn again."

"The hotel is located close to Underground station with easy access to Heathrow airport. The room is clean with basic amenities what you expect from a budget hotel. The front desk and Restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in & Check-out process was hassle free. There’s a Hoppa Bus service to Heathrow terminals from the hotel which is very convenient if you are travelling. Overall an excellent hotel to stay."

"The gym carpets smelled damp and rather unpleasant. Ride to airport cost should be advertised and not be a surprise."
