"I was really skeptical about staying at this hotel. But I was very surprised. The bed was very comfy and the pillows. I didn’t get to eat breakfast but it smelled real good. The only thing I didn’t like was the hard floors. I was use to hotels having carpet. "

My room was not in acceptable condition, particularly with the cleanliness issues and the malfunctioning AC.
