"The pool and hot tub were not up to par. The water was gross in color. The hot tub water was so dark green it was almost black. The pool was way cold for an indoor pool."

"The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful. The appearance of the property was good. My room had a very strong bleach smell. I was in a handicap room (I’m not handicapped) and there was a seat in the shower stall that was moldy. I don’t know if the bleach smell was because they were trying to get rid of that mold or what. We left the room for a while because inhaling bleach is bad for your health. I did mention to the person at the desk that the room was strong with bleach and she apologized lol. Other than the bleach, everything was good."
