"Room was not clean. Roach found. Room doors dirt. Hallways dark and dirty looking. Outside grounds very dirty. I also want advised that the amount paid to Expedia would create a hold on that card and I was also charged on another card at check in for what I thought was just let fees but it was the entire balance. "We were just traveling through Mississippi and decided to stay over for the night. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was clean. The staff friendly. When traveling with pets, so often you are stuck in the old, dingy rooms, but not so with this hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely consider staying again should we ever be in the area!"

"This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come...

"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. "My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again."

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel.
