"Used handicap room for easy shower access. Needed a shower prior to hospital surgery water heater broke at home. $68 i thought ok but at check in they added $50 “deposit” but said i could get it back at check out. Checked in 9:30 pm checked out 12:30 am paid $138 no refund! Room had no tv No shampoo No hair dryer had to go home and dry my hair! No closet, no wall pegs no where to hang clothes! Electric outlet right side of bed did not work thank god i had 10 ft charging cord!"
