"Carlos and June where a pleasure to deal with and we had a great stay at the villa. On arrival the villa was clean and the pool was Crystal clear, just what we needed after a days traveling. Lovely villa and garden, but hiring a car is nessesary as we struggled finding taxis to take us into Valencia. The drive into Valencia was simple and only took 25mins. Overall this was a great place to stay."

"Great relaxing place for small family; we loved the house and the pool as well as the area; pool and house even more beautiful than on pictures; house was very clean; great service by owner, easy to connect; handover well organized; only downside was aircon only central in the house (living area) - not in the bed room; overall had great holidays and can recommend this house"

"We had a wonderful time at the house with the garden and pool and the beach only a short walk down the street. The owners were very nice and easy to reach. It´s a great location for trips to places nearby such as Guadalest, Dénia, Las Fuentes del Algar."

"We couldn't have asked for a lovelier vacation in Spain. Henri, Inge and Flynn greeted us. They stayed in contact throughout the trip, checking to be sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. The villa was immaculate with so much style. "Lovely stay on this peaceful location near two villages with panoramic viewsea across the mountains. House is set up for practical living......properly equipped kitchen, comfortable living area across a spacious ground and first floor apartments. Lovely pool and loads of seating/ tables. Easy drive to local beaches (we mainly went south of Gandia because it was quieter). We all loved it (family with daughters aged 9, 16, 19)"

"Very sunny different terraces, a lot of space inside of the house. Amazing views from the sun rise and the sea. Very friendly owner and clean house, pool was open and also clean but cold :)"

"Nos alojamos en esa villa una semana en Agosto y no ha sido una estancia agradable. Tras realizar el pago en la web unos días antes el propietario me indica que tengo que abonar 160 euros en metálico al conserje en concepto de limpieza. Ni me parece adecuado la cantidad ni que no lo ponga en el anuncio ni que pretenda cobrarlo sin factura. En cuanto a la casa, la limpieza al llegar era bastante mediocre, había hormigas que se subían por la encimera de la cocina, no funcionaba la campana...
