⭐ The Villa
Casa Alexandra has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Set in peaceful countryside just outside the historic city of Xàtiva, the villa offers four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for groups of up to 14 guests.

⭐ Living Space
The bright, open-plan living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the gardens and provides comfortable seating for up to 12 guests, including a huge L-shaped sofa.
Enjoy cosy movie nights with the 58-inch Smart TV, Blu-ray player, Netflix, Amazon Prime, British Freeview, superfast fibre Wi-Fi and an extensive DVD collection.

⭐ Kitchen & Dining
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware, crockery and glassware.
The large dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests.

All bedrooms include air conditioning and blackout blinds.
● Master Suite – Super king-size bed with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
● Bedroom 2 – King-size bed with fitted wardrobe.
● Bedroom 3 – Configurable as either a super king-size bed or twin beds, with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
● Bedroom 4 – A flexible family room with en-suite bathroom, sleeping up to five guests as either one king-size bed and three single beds or five single beds. Located on the lower level, it offers additional privacy for larger groups.

⭐ Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy the spacious gardens, designed for relaxing, dining and spending quality time together. The private 10 × 5 metre swimming pool takes centre stage and can be heated during the cooler months. A large canopy provides welcome shade, with comfortable outdoor sofas—the perfect place to unwind with a book or a glass of wine.

The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, a one-metre BBQ, pizza oven and generous dining space, making alfresco meals a real highlight of your stay.

⭐ Games & Activities
For a little friendly competition, there's something for everyone, including a 7-foot pool/snooker table, table football, full-size table tennis table, dartboard, Badminton net & rackets and four complimentary mountain bikes for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

⭐ Accessibility
Although Casa Alexandra is arranged over two levels, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the main living areas and the gardens are all on one level, making the villa particularly suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the sunshine, relaxing by the pool or challenging family and friends to a game, Casa Alexandra offers something for every generation.

⭐ Four mountain bikes are available free of charge for guests to use. Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like to use them.

⭐ Swimming pool heating is included in the booking price from April through to November. The water temperature heats to a wonderful 28°C and above.

⭐ During the winter months (Mid December to late March), cooler night-time temperatures mean the pool typically settles between 22°C and 24°C. It's still very enjoyable and ideal for a swim, although it won't feel like a hot tub.

From January to end of March, the Pool heating is available for €33 per day. If you'd like the pool heated for your winter stay, simply let us know before you arrive and we'll have everything ready for you.
