"The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. "A great little house with an ideal size garden. The location is great as it is by a small river that runs into the sea. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk. Lovely beach which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself was clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the house met all our needs. Just a shame we didn't have time to stay longer."

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...
