The customer service was outstanding; the staff was warm, attentive, and always helpful. And the breakfast? Simply delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients. "This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....

"A bit hard to find, but no real issue. Friendly host couple (who only speak Italian though). Room was a surprise: large, and a LARGE bathroom with bubble bath and balcony (!). Everything in great condition. My girlfriend had some issues sleeping due to nearby railroad and major road, so I’d easily woken bring ear plugs. Recommend it though!"
