"Beautiful hotel. Great bed, really great shower. Most of the front staff were friendly and helpful."

"Nice clean hotel in perfect location in touring Palermo. Room was a bit small but not surprising for European standards. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of options. Staff was excellent. Great stay for touring Palermo historical sites."

"Very comfortable stay and perfect location"

"From when we arrived until when we left, the staff were truly outstanding. As an example, we needed tickets to an event, and a member of staff escorted my wife and I as to where we could buy the tickets. Fabulous customer service! Recommendations on where to eat, places to go, nothing was too much for Wim, concierge Nicola, and the other staff to help us with. Bravo Team Wagner! Forza Rosanero!"

"Convenient hotel with easy parking if you have a car - good value for the price. Rooms are simple and clean"

"Great location. The staff is friendly and hospitable! The breakfast was lovely. The rooms are clean, updated and have all the right amities. The owners are incredibly helpful and extremely nice. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend staying here. It is in the heart of the city. The location is amazing!!"

"Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Wir waren von dem tollen und frischen Frühstück überrascht. Leckeres Obst, eine tolle Auswahl fürs Müsli und viel frisches und süßes Gebäck."

"The staff, especially Giuseppe in the restaurant, was extra special. The room was also excellent. I would definitely return."

"There was nothing to fault. We were more than satisfied. Breakfast was abundant. Parking was a bonus. Thank you San Paolo Palace Hotel"

The accommodation is very...

"In addition to the very convenient location, the room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are very warm and give very useful recommendations."
