"Not going to stay there again, there is no help provided by the property, no house keeping and service was mediocre at beat"

"Nice pool and fitness center. The room was basic two double beds but outlets only available between the beds. This does not work well when two people want to charge their phones. Luggage can be checked for the day after checkout at the bell desk, but the process was inefficient and slow. Only 4 elevators for 26 floors. Parking across the street at Nordstrom's (enter on Rush) was convenient, booked through Spothero, and saved $40 over valet parking. All in all, you are paying for the location."

"Very comfortable clean room. Excellent bed. Ice machine not working on our floor and staff not really helpful getting ice. Had to go to two other floors before we found ice. Bar closed at 4pm on a Saturday which was weird too. Otherwise it was a good comfortable place with good location."

River Hotel

"I am very happy with my Stay at River hotel, everything was great. Hotel was clean, I interacted with multiple staff members and a couple of them went above and beyond. The view was magnificent, I had a river view room and it was great, the only thing I would advise, if you are a light sleeper, don’t get a river view, it is noisy outside and you can hear everything, we didn’t mind it, but in the future I will stay at Club Quarters for a higher floor."

"The Staff at this establishment went beyond my expectations to make my stay pleasant. This is a good place and the price was reasonable for the location. My suggestion to make it excellent would be to add a microwave unit to the suites. Thank you for a memorable stay in Chicago."
