"The hotel itself needs some upgrades, but the staff made the stay 5 stars. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. The first room we were in, the A/C didn't work, but the fan was blowing. The maintenance man thought it was working but when I disagreed, he immediately verified with the manager that we could switch rooms, and then stayed and helped until we were set up in our new room. Breakfast was good and everything was pleasant. "

"The front desk guy on check-in Friday the 30th was amazing..kind, friendly & professional. Ive checked in w/ him up front several times in the past month. Sunday, june 1st, they were cleaning the carpet on the stairs..bed was awesome. Pool was clean. A bit of trouble w/ hot water for the shower (rm#311) breakfast is ok. Id like them to add oatmeal perhaps. Wheat bread. Overall, its my third time here in 60 days. "
