"This was one of the best stays I have ever had. Easy check in with helpful staff on hand. Excellent room, available a little early. The two guys working the roof top bar were excellent and took a real interest in providing great service and drink suggestions. Thank you so much I will definitely be back!"

"Lovely hotel wonderful in all aspects but breakfast was never hot enough in terms of temperature. Scrambled eggs were not hot enough by the time they got to the table and my husband's muffin was burnt. please can you improve the way you heat water for tea, it just wasn't hot enough."

"Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Unser Zimmer war im 4. Stock zum Hinterhof raus, weshalb es sehr ruhig war. Wir hatten leider paar Haare von den Vorgängern auf dem Teppich und die Duscharmatur war sehr klapprig ansonsten können wir aber nichts beanstanden :) Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Sowohl die U&S Bahn als auch die Tram sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen:)"

I called the number provided, but was told that since the reception was only there until 8pm, there was nothing they could do. Consequently, I used a rolled up towel for a pillow and used the empty duvet as a cover. A bit frustrating, when the listing said that all the bedding was hypoallergenic..."
