There is central heating and kitchen amenities include electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. For entertainment there is a TV, Radio, WiFi and a selection of books. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. There is a designated parking place. Two well-behaved, small-to-medium size dogs are welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop and pub are 0.1 miles away. Note: The street is non-accessible by car, designated parking bay is on nearby residential street. Note: The stairs up to the first floor are steep, please take care. Dodds Nook welcomes two couples or a group of four for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Alnwick. Note: Because Dodds Nook has no garden, the owner kindly asks guests to take their dogs away from the property to relieve themselves. There is a churchyard with grounds at the top of the lane, which is perfect for dogs Please note: This property only accepts Monday and Friday check-ins and outs due to cleaning schedules.



The Neighborhood:

Alnwick Castle dominates the picturesque and ancient market town of Alnwick. The small alleys have remained mostly unchanged, and the Market Place, with its stone cross, is the town's focal point and excellent location for the weekly Saturday market. Alnwick has a diverse range of shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as plenty of attractions, including miles of golden sand beaches, multiple castles, and boat tours to the famous Farne Islands.
