"This has been a terrible experience with Lakeside in receiving no calls (other than leaving messages on their voicemail) and no contact (no return calls) other than when we arrived the second time to the location to check in after 3pm there was a man on the property who told us we needed to leave that it was closed and we were trespassing. We said we had paperwork that we paid to stay there and he said he didn’t know anything he was the contractor and he was going to call the police. We were scared and left. We did see on one of Lakesides sites that they opened at 3pm which was why we left the first time, came back, thinking it was a mom and pops place and maybe a local came and opened it up for everyone after 3pm. But again, when we came back after 3 (per their website) which was closer to 4:30pm when the man ran us off the property. We decided to stay at another hotel instead as we had no where to stay after this incident. This location needs to be taken every site offered. Seems they are collecting money and have it set up as if they are in business (with no return contact on their end) or something recently happened to the business major (closing) that hasn’t been communicated to the sites hosting them."

"Really fantastic communication and attentiveness but lots of things that need work for a great experience. Accuracy of listing, one of the basketball goals was completely broken. Plumbing, there was a leak in the master bathroom that looked to be there for a while along with the shower drain not working as it should. Accommodation, there was little soap/tp/supplies for guests staying longer than 1 nights. Had to make a toilet paper and body wash run, cutting at our vacation time. Comfort, the couch had crumbs in between cushions, and stains throughout the chairs and furniture. Overall it was a decent experience because of its location for the event we were attending but not too comfortable. "

"Nice and clean. The bathroom door was stuck when we arrived. Couldn't open it at all. Only 2 towels and washcloths for 4 days, 2 people. We went and bought some from Walmart. Souvenirs from Florida... lol Communication was awful. Had to text the host. Host sounded like AI. Always canned responses. "I'll contact the team and someone will stop and take a look." The smoke detector ran out of steam, and started beeping at 5 in the morning! "Please, bring us a 9volt battery?" Same response... "Will talk to a team member, etc..." We never saw a "team member" the whole time we were there. We figured it out though. No stove. Nice fridge. The water drained slow in the shower. Leaked around the seal, so there was water water everywhere that we mopped up. Thanks for the use of your property! We appreciated it. We won't be back."

"The area was accurate, the little house was real but its smaller ,the toilet is not a reguar it doesnt flush its "
