"The staff was kind. They were accommodating also. However, the building was somewhat clean and in front of our room was so dirty. Upon entering- toilet was not cleaned and there were streaks in the toilet. We actually had to flush it multiple times before use. Our bed had multiple long strands of hair on it. Bed and pillow was very comfortable but the smell of smoke seeping through the rooms was crazy for me. Believe the lower rated reviews. I had the same experience. You honestly get what you pay for. The walk from the terminal to the hotel was so dirty and people are smoking weed inside the hotel. Walking out of our room and into the elevator each time was like getting blasted by the smell every single time. We had a short weekend stay and had to be central of every event but if I could redo it, I would not stay here. I would’ve paid extra to stay in midtown."

"The tv was slow internet. Bathroom was impossible to stay dry, due to the shower currents. There’s no microwave in the rooms. Which made it difficult to have food & the mini fridge doesn't maintain the temperature to storage anything. Parking was too expensive $40 a night, was a terrible for clients staying longer than 4 days."

"Staff excellent and responsive. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is fine. Cleanliness was great."

"The breakfast options were not friendly for those with dietary restrictions, such as myself. Dairy allergy, and there were no sugar-free options as a diabetic. The server gave me sugar-free coffee syrup, thinking it was sugar-free waffle or pancake syrup. The parking was great."
