"This property is so cute. We've stayed here several times. Close to Nevada City, quiet and even has cute nature trail to the railroad museum on the property. Some of the rooms are a little older but I see they are actively replacing furniture and updating rooms since we've first started coming here. For the price it's excellent. "

"Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, comfortable stay. The bed was heavenly, and the hotel is shockingly quiet for being so close to the highway. Nicely stocked breakfast selection. We had an issue with our toilet, and it was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. Excellent value overall."

"We stayed in the basement room (1 queen and bunkbed) which was perfect for our family of 4 with a dog. The room opens up to a big outdoor area, so it's extremely easy to to take the dog out. There was a small fridge and microwave so we had everything we needed for a night's stay. The only thing to know is that you have to go down two flights of stairs to access the room which may be an issue for some. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Small room but tidy and comfortable. Larger bathroom. Very quiet even though there was a wedding reception just downstairs. Highly recommend, friendly staff. "

"Great location in downtown Grass Valley. Quick walk to the pedestrian only zone with shops and restaurants. Social hour basic snacks and drinks but nice vibe. Fitness Center basic but met the need."

"Wonderful bed and breakfast. Charming 1800’s building and decor, comfortable rooms, safe central location in town, dog friendly ( no fee) and wonderful staff. My room was on the 3rd floor and I enjoyed the porch swing as the evening set in. "
