Nice, very clean, helpful staff, they gave me a free breakfast for 3 days, the apartment is far from the city center, but the Underground takes 20-30 minutes, when I return to London again I will make it among my options"

"The staff was very courteous and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. It was a bonus having STK restaurant on the rooftop. Also nearby shopping made things extra special. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Amazing location, right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre. Spacious rooms, really clean. Supportive staff. The WiFi speeds could do with an upgrade, current speeds are limited to only 20mbps and the gym area could also do with some extra machines for working different body parts."

"So clean , friendly staff and close to shopping mall and restaurants."

"Freshly cooked breakfast."

"Lovely clean and well equipped cosy room with a super comfortable bed. Friendly welcome and easy to find."

"Spent 3 nights in the week. Staff friendly and helpful and easy to get to as a place. The room....Bedroom was a double and although ok, it was tired on the walls and carpet. Flooring was coming up at sides in shower room with shower head leaking at sides. Could do with redecorating on walls but be aware walls are thin and you hear everything from other room, which didn't help sleeping. First night bedding had hairs under duvet (defo not mine as long and black). Staff sorted this next day. Very...

"Solo female traveler. Hotel was secure requiring room keys to enter. Staff was very friendly and informative. Room was great size and uniquely decorated. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice size. Had neighbors on both sides and couldn’t hear them except when I was out in the hall."

"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."
