"The same poor lady at the front desk was working every time we went through the lobby. She was very nice and gave us good directions and delivery options. My daughter was worried about her and hoped she would get a day off soon. Overall stay was great. Large number of school groups visiting DC and staying at the hotel but staff kept things going and clean. There were multiple attendees cleaning and restocking during breakfast.
