"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. However, I was lied to by one of th front desk assistants about parking. The room was too cool and I could not change the temperature. The hotels does not have a microwave which was highly inconvenient. I was on the 25th floor and had to the bottom floor to use the communal microwaves. The parking lot was not attached to an elevator. So I had to walk with my luggage up two flights of steps and down a long hallway before getting to an elevator. I am...

"The room/hotel seemed extraordinarily clean. My husband said the gym was one of the best in a hotel the garage was nice. I didn’t see a pool. The breakfast wasn’t impressive. I would definitely stay here again due to the cleanliness & the room size. "

"The largest suite we have stayed in! Tons of space. The beds are a bit tight (small double) but the pull out coach slept 2 so we were able to make it work. The rooms could use a refresh-- new floor and paint-- but they are clean and also the toiletries are nice. We also really appreciated the amazing breakfast, fresh eggs, pancakes, fruit, yogurt. Really good. Also snacks and wine in the evening was nice. The metro is across the street and easy train ride into the city."

"Room was spotless and everyone was absolutely a delight. There is NO SERVICE in the parking garage, which could be an issue in case of an emergency. The hotel is in a wonderful area close to the capital! "

The same thing happened in the second room, so they had to send a technician to get it going. The noise is terrible because it's close to a highway. They need noise control windows because you can barely sleep."
