"Ideal for Chepstow racecourse. Not much else about the area without walking or taxis. On checki the weirdest thing happened they wouldn’t take payment and told me was a,ready paid for. Rooms we had were small but the bed was comfy. Rooms ok some could do with a lick of paint. Breakfast is ok I’m fussy about food so didn’t eat a lot just toast and coffee but the others in my party had the full English not so sure about paying extra for an extra sausage etc. hotel was very noisy on the Saturday...

"Riverside view while being close to shops and restaurants"

"The room was pretty decent, and large, and the beds were comfortable, but otherwise the whole place was somewhat run down and not by well maintained, with a musty smell throughout, including in the room and bathroom. I left the room early in the morning because I was fed up with the noise and I had...

If this was accurately disclosed we would have never booked at this accommodation. The beds were comfortable and room was warm, breakfast was good but it still remains that we were disappointed with the description and would not...
