"I stayed at this hotel for a short-term business trip to Buffalo. While the room and hotel location were convenient and generally pleasant, there were a few minor issues. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were sticky spots on the coffee table. Additionally, the shower lacked a place to store toiletries, with no shelf or bin for shampoo and shower gel. A major concern was the sharpness of the inside door handle.
