This year, we reopened our doors with the inauguration of the Suite "Sa Torre". A Suite located at the top of the villa, accessible by an external staircase to give greater privacy to the guests who occupy it. Es Fasser offers a calm environment in an enviable environment where you can enjoy the most of your holidays with a beautiful and spacious Mediterranean garden and a barbecue that will make you enjoy cooking outdoors. In the area there are beautiful coves and caves to discover.
The property can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, the living room, a living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom with shower and another with small bathtub and the upper part of villa, a suite with balcony and private bathroom with shower, accessible by a staircase Exterior.
To access the house you have to go down 3 steps and go up 4. There is direct access to the spacious living room, in front is the kitchen, fully equipped and next to this the laundry, which has access to the outside.
To the left of the dining room there is an access to the porch that has a cistern, with table and chairs ideal to have an aperitif or have a drink.
Going along the corridor that is next to the dining room, there are the rooms and bathrooms. The main room has a large built-in wardrobe and a 180X200 bed and cot on request. The second bedroom has 2 beds of 90X200 with a wardrobe. There is also a living room with tourist information. Next to the entrance door, there is the staircase that gives access to the Superior Suite with balcony, private bathroom with shower and a terrace for hanging clothes.
In the back there is a large Mediterranean garden with barbecue, table for 6 people with umbrella, a perfect place to relax overlooking the lawn where you can sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers.

The beautiful property really has everything to offer for a relaxing holiday with beautiful beaches nearby, some local restaurants and an excellent cocktail bar and 3 km from the Ermita de la Victoria where you will find one of the best panoramic views over the bay of Alcudia and Port de Pollensa that should not be missed.
The accommodation has a safe, air conditioning in all rooms and living room. It has a crib and high chair for baby, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry with washing machine and iron.

THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALCÚDIA

The municipality of Alcúdia is one of the most beautiful places in the Balearics. The 'El Cocodrilo' Marina of Bonaire is located 600 meters from the village "Es Fasser".
The weekly market of Alcúdia is held on Tuesdays and Sundays, in the morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It is one of the most important and unique markets of Mallorca. She sells fruits and vegetables, costume jewelery, leather goods and handicrafts. It is traditional among locals to have a typical Mallorcan dish after visiting the market. It takes place next to the walls and in the surroundings of the ancient Roman city of Pollentia. From the walled medieval city, the Xara and Sant Sebastià gateways are still preserved. From a Renaissance wall the bastion of Sant Ferran, currently occupied by the bullring, is intact. You can walk the walls through the Camí de Ronda, a 1.5 kilometer walk that runs above them. Most of the historic center of Alcúdia is comprised of several manor houses with Renaissance windows and adorned with shields. Other buildings of interest are: the town hall, the churches of Santa Ana and Sant Jaume, the chapel of Sant Crist, in the Baroque style and inside which is a sculpture of the fifteenth century that represents a Christ, the sanctuary of the Mare de Déu de la Victória, located 3.3 kilometers from the village "Es Fasser". For fans of ornithology, the municipality is home to La Albufera, a natural park created in 1988. Located in the bay, you can see more than two hundred species of birds throughout the year. Another of its tourist attractions is the Roman city of Pollèntia, whose remains can be seen in the vicinity of the walled enclosure of Alcúdia. The site shows a set of houses, a theater and the forum area.
