"Central to so much including Rogers Centre. Yes there was a mat but no grab bars anywhere in the bath invites a serious fall, shower curtains are nothing to grab onto."

"Older hotel with a charm and class you do not see in newer hotels. Lots of space to park. Easy access to amenities. Great place to stay if you need to be near the Royal Alex or Alberta Retina Clinic. Good menu at the restaurant, great dessert!"

"The front staff is very helpful."

"We stayed here as the location is very close to Roger’s arena (less than 10 min walk). Location was key for us! We stayed on a weekend so of course it was busy and loud which was expected. What wasn’t expected was the construction happening in the building. We asked the manager (Chris) when we got there Friday and he told us they wouldn’t be doing any work on the weekend. This was false. They were making noise all weekend so that was disappointing. I think due to the construction workers coming...

"Clean room old building tho rugs were dirty , affordable rate staff was helpful there was lots of parking space"

"Double bed rooms are spacious and having a balcony is always nice."

"Very enjoyable stay. Received unexpected room upgrade. Large, clean, comfortable room. Lovely walk-in shower. Enjoyed pool and hot tub time. Easy to find and close to where we wanted to go."

"Family suite is awesome for travelling with our two teenagers. Nice for them to have a room with a tv to themselves"
