The Classic Desert Aire Hotel

"Our room was clean, however it appeared that renovation was incomplete. Everything was nice except for the bathtub/Shower. Spa tub was dingy so only showered. Low water pressure and/or bad showerhead. Staff in the office and for breakfast were great! We didn't use the gym or laundry facilities nor look at them. We learned that there was a second ice machine that worked, but the one near our room did not."

"Our room was very clean. The staff were very kind and courteous. Our only complaint was the mattress needed replacing in our room. You roll downhill to the middle of it on both sides."
