"The main thing that stands out about our trip was the gentleman who was on duty in the lobby that night, so sincere, helpful and kind. When we cam down to breakfast the next morning around 0730, I was shocked to see him still hard at work. He touched my heart with his sincerity. He told me someone called in and he volunteered to work longer...it is one thing to stay late when you work "9 to 5" bo to volunteer to work late after you have been on duty all night, that is something else. 1,000 praises to that man, he is one of a kind!!"
