"Here’s a polished hotel review you can use: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. "Our second stay at the dukes the palm. Cannot complain. The double room with panoramic view was amazing. The entire team was amazing: co concierge, door men, receptionists, kitchen and dining team, pool & beach staff & cleaners. Walid, mansour, melody, nana, hamza, anil, saha, shubham, noor, stephen, saif etc. All were amazing. The NH collection combin3d wjrh dukes is great also and amazing breakfast. We had half board and was great. The palm jumeriah mall is opposite the hotel and a 3-4 minute walk across the road. Plethora of restaurants, arcade and activities. Aquaventure is near by. JBR is 10 min drive away. 25 minute drive to dubai mall."

"This was our third stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, and once again it exceeded our expectations. We considered trying somewhere different this year, but we’re so glad we came back. We stayed in a Prestige Suite, which was perfect for our family of four. The suite is spacious, comfortable and ideal for travelling with young children, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. They always greeted our children with a smile, made them feel special, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved breakfast at Premier Club Lounge and had half board so we ate most days for either lunch or dinner at The World Eatery where the food is great quality. The beautiful pools and the beach make it a relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. It’s the perfect balance of luxury and family-friendly, which is why we keep coming back. We made so many wonderful memories during this trip, including celebrating both of our birthdays, and we’re already talking about returning again. Thank you to everyone at Sofitel Dubai The Palm for another fantastic holiday. We can’t wait to visit for a fourth time!"
