"I like this property for the clean, quite, and cozy rooms. The stuff was friendly and nice. The dining choices were so good. There was a shuttle to the mosque but they didn't mention it ,and I didn't know until the checkout. Nutshell, I love my experience ❤️ "

"An absolutely amazing stay! I cannot explain in words how outstanding this hotel is in terms of its facilities all the way through to the excellent location (in close proximity to Masjid Al Haram). The room was brilliant alongside the cleanliness and attention to detail. This is truly a 5 star hotel. The breakfast choice is amazing with the food being varied as well as delicious. Everything is cooked fresh and nothing is too much hassle for the staff. I would like to say a special thanks to the excellent customer service and hospitality displayed by Captin Osama, Yaqoob and Walid during breakfast times.
