"Central location, multiple good restaurants within walking distance. Front desk helpful e.g. arranging car service for a stop at the Grand Mosque enroute to the airport. However delays due to understaffing - manager is always busy."

"I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service"
