Lovely hotel, clean spacious room, super friendly staff, loved breakfast buffet. Awesome gym, love the pool. Only cons are food and drink prices are steep and it's not very "walk friendly" to venture out locally, but everything else was fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Muscat. It is a beautiful property with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were truly amazing, very helpful, kind, and always attentive to any needs. The location is perfect, close to key areas yet very quiet, which is ideal if you value a good night's sleep. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I have experienced during my travels. Overall, a fantastic stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat who is looking for comfort, excellent service, and a peaceful setting.

Lovely hotel in a lovely country

Great breakfast. Calm and quiet hotel. House keeping fully respects the do not disturb sign. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with endless food options in easy walking distance.

Nice hotel but don’t use the sauna

The hotel is very nice and cleaned. The reception staff are all nice, the service is ok too but the only downside side is the sauna area and the staff there, they don’t even accompany us there which room to open, as this is our first time in this hotel, I accidentally open the door I think that is for a staff room, and the sauna is not as what I expected in other hotel. Its not hot, its old.

Very good!

Very friendly staff! I had a flat tire and the receptionists helped me get a jack since my car didnt have one. The breakfast is very good with a mix of arabic and european options.

Disappointed Stay

At the check-in there was a delay due to offered a double bed room. My booking for a Twin beds. The overall stay was good, but music was heard every night from a bar or disco until late at night. The room was missing towel and took me several calls but not delivered. The breakfast was good of variety of food for different taste. Overall not to the standard for Radisson chain of hotels which I stayed before.

Wonderful hotel and great pool and service but unfortunately on my last evening the receptionist was very rude, about me changing rooms. I even had to ask her to lower her voice 2 times. I was leaving the next day for a weeks trip, I had asked 2 times on my arrival at reception if I needed to change rooms and on my last day as well. Just 3 mins before leaving they called my room to say I had to move. Very unnecessary to be so rude when the hotel made a mistake.

The property itself was comfortable, for the most part clean & the rooms are quite insulated for neighbours noise. We were staying in 1 portion of an adjoining room, sadly our neighbours next door tried daily to open the connecting door, 4 times during our stay - which was a bit unnerving. The pool view was beautiful & serene. The reception staff & Olivas restaurant (breakfast buffet) was kind, attentive & very efficient & welcoming. The area surrounding the pool could use better attention & better cleaning. The towels were often on a delay, as they were often out of clean towels (in the morning)! The area surrounding the pool & chaise loungers was dirty, cigarette butts, kleenex, straws, laid around for days, not swept up. For the most part - it was a wonderful stay though. My biggest complaint was our hotel taxu to the airport - cost was double that of the Otaxi & the worst part was the factvthat the air conditioning did not work....AT ALL! A very disappointing end to a most memorable trip & the driver charged us the full 10 OMR!
